2. Free Trial
2.1 14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans (Growth, Premium, Enterprise) come with a 14-day free trial. During this period:
- No charges will be applied
- You can cancel anytime without any fees
- All features of your chosen plan are fully accessible
- No credit card required for Starter plan
2.2 Trial Expiration
After the 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically begin, and the first payment will be processed. You will receive email reminders before the trial ends.
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account dashboard
- Navigating to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Following the cancellation prompts

3.2 Cancellation Effective Date
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate your account within 30 days without data loss
3.3 No Partial Refunds
Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the period ends.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to paid plans. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund.
4.2 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 30 days of the initial payment
- Applies only to first-time paid subscribers
- Does not apply to renewal payments
- Does not apply if account was used for fraudulent activity
- Transaction fees and third-party charges are non-refundable

5. Transaction Fees
5.1 Non-Refundable Fees
Transaction fees charged on orders processed through the platform are non-refundable:
- Starter Plan: 8% per order
- Growth Plan: 5% per order
- Premium Plan: 3% per order
- Enterprise Plan: 1-2% per order
5.2 Payment Gateway Fees
Payment gateway fees (Razorpay, Stripe) are charged by third parties and are non-refundable.
6. Downgrade Policy
6.1 Plan Downgrades
You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time:
- Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No refunds for the difference in plan pricing
- You retain access to higher-tier features until the cycle ends
- Data exceeding new plan limits must be removed before downgrade
7. Annual Subscriptions
7.1 Annual Plan Cancellation
For annual subscriptions:
- 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time annual subscribers
- After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- Access continues until the end of the annual term
- You can choose not to renew before the term ends
7.2 Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions canceled mid-term, except:
- Service unavailability exceeding 7 consecutive days (excluding scheduled maintenance)
- Material breach of Terms of Service by Futureex.ai
- Legal requirements or regulatory orders
8. Enterprise Plans
8.1 Custom Agreements
Enterprise plan customers may have custom cancellation and refund terms outlined in their service agreement. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.
9. Service Interruptions
9.1 Scheduled Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for refunds. We will notify you in advance of any planned downtime.
9.2 Unplanned Outages
In case of extended unplanned service interruptions (exceeding 24 hours):
- We will provide service credits proportional to downtime
- Credits can be applied to future billing cycles
- Credits must be claimed within 30 days of the incident
10. Data Export
10.1 Before Cancellation
Before canceling, we recommend exporting your data:
- Go to Settings → Data Export
- Select data types to export (products, orders, customers)
- Download exported files (CSV, JSON formats)
10.2 Post-Cancellation Access
After cancellation, you have 30 days to retrieve your data. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
11. Account Termination by Futureex.ai
11.1 Violation of Terms
If we terminate your account due to violation of Terms of Service:
- No refunds will be issued
- Access will be immediately revoked
- Transaction fees remain non-refundable
11.2 Fraudulent Activity
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended without refund.
12. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service failures due to our technical issues
- Unauthorized charges (reported within 48 hours)
- Special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
